How close can the transducer be together and still function?

How much length of pipe do you have to have in between the transmitter and receiver? For instance, if I want to measure flow in a pipe that I have limited access to would it function?

When configuring the flow meter you will need to enter some details about your application such as pipe size, pipe material, fluid type as well as a few other items.
