The product shown on the page from which you asked the question is a sensor probe which is an accessory for the for N32x-RHT. controller. The controller is shown on this page https://www.iothrifty.com/products/n32xrht-humidity-temperature-controller.
The probe can't be used alone it has to be used with the controller. The controller has relay outputs which can turn on or off a heater and/or humidifier/dehumidifier.
