The N320 controller may be suitable for controlling heat lamps but it depends on the specifics of you application requirements.
The N321 has one SPDT relay rated at, 1HP (16A resistive)/250 Vac. Your heat lamps power requirement would have to be compatible with the controller's relay. You can power two heat lamps thorough one relay as long as the total power required is less than the rating of the relay. If your heat lamps power requirement is greater than that of the relay you could still use the controller but you would need an external relay with suitable power rating.
