The ATR144 is a compact, panel-mount PID controller built for fast setup and dependable closed-loop control. A universal input handles temperature and process signals, while two relays and a 12 Vdc digital output cover control and alarm duties. Configure from the front keypad or in seconds via NFC with the MyPixsys app. A bright dual display and on-screen help keep commissioning quick and operations clear.
Universal Input
A single configurable input supports thermocouples (K, S, R, J, T, N, B), RTDs (Pt100/500/1000, Ni100/120), thermistors (PTC1K, NTC10K), process signals (0–10 V, 0/4–20 mA, 0–60 mV), and 1–150 kΩ potentiometers. That flexibility lets you standardize on one controller across ovens, environmental chambers, heaters, valves, and general process loops. Sampling time is programmable down to 2.1 ms (≈470 Hz) for responsive control.
PID You Can Trust (and Tune Fast)
Choose ON/OFF, P, PI, PID, or PD control. Start with Auto-Tune or Manual Tune, and use synchronized tuning on multi-zone systems. The controller also supports dual-action heat/cool with overlapping or dead-band, plus Loop Break detection to catch load or loop faults early. If a sensor fails, the Auto/Manual function can hold the last output to keep the process stable until service.
Outputs, Alarms, and Motion-Friendly Logic
You get two 5 A relay outputs for heat/cool or alarms, and a 12 Vdc/25 mA digital output (SSR/NPN) for solid-state drive. Alarm modes include absolute, band, deviation, asymmetric band, and more, each with optional manual reset and labels. There’s also open/close logic for motorized valves, timers (independent, sequential, or looped), a pre-programmed ramp/soak cycle, and soft-start by gradient or fixed output.
Quick Configuration, Keypad, NFC, or Software
Program from the front keys with on-screen help, tap-to-configure via NFC/RFID using the MyPixsys mobile app, or use a USB memory card/PC software (LabSoftview).
Rugged, Panel-Ready Design
A compact 32 × 74 mm front panel (IP65 with gasket) and shallow depth fit tight enclosures. Front sealing protects in industrial environments, with IP20 on the enclosure/terminals. Wide-range supplies are available: 24–230 Vac/Vdc (ABC/ABC-T) or 12–24 Vac/Vdc (AD/AD-T).
