Dasberry Cloud + DigiRail IoT Gateway
Put any sensor on the cloud in minutes
Keep the equipment you already trust. Add a DigiRail IoT gateway, point it at Dasberry Cloud, and watch your data online. No separate broker to run, and no custom code to write.
How it works, in one sentence
The DigiRail IoT gateway reads your sensor, sends those readings to Dasberry Cloud, and Dasberry Cloud turns them into live dashboards, history, and alerts. That is the whole picture.
One wire in, one connection out. That is the entire data path.
From box to dashboard in four steps
Wire in your sensor
Connect your instrument to one of the gateway inputs, using the analog, pulse, or RS485 connection that matches your device.
Get it on your network
Plug in Ethernet or join your WiFi. The gateway is set up with the free NXperience software, so there is no command line and no guesswork.
Point it at Dasberry Cloud
Enter the connection details Dasberry Cloud generates for you. The gateway speaks standard MQTT natively, so this is a few fields, not a project.
Let the AI map your data
As your first readings arrive, Dasberry Cloud inspects the live data and maps every channel for you. Confirm the names and units, and you are live.
Most people go from unboxing to a working dashboard before their coffee gets cold.
Still confused about how to get your sensor data on the cloud?
Talk to an expert. Our US-based engineers will walk you through it, start to finish.
Built to accept the signals real equipment puts out
The DigiRail IoT gateway is designed for the field, so most sensors and instruments wire right in.
Two analog inputs
4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V, or 0-10V, the outputs found on most transmitters and instruments.
Six digital inputs
Read switches and status signals, or count pulses from flow meters and other equipment.
Two digital outputs
Switch things remotely as well as monitor them, right from the cloud.
RS485 Modbus
Bring existing Modbus devices along through the same gateway, no extra hardware.
WiFi or Ethernet
WiFi reaches up to 100 meters, or use wired Ethernet wherever your equipment lives.
Native MQTT
Standard MQTT built in, so the connection to Dasberry Cloud is simple and reliable.
No WiFi? No problem
Don't have access to WiFi? Go cellular with the LogBox LTE
Locked out of the company network, or out in the field where there is no WiFi at all? The LogBox LTE gets your sensors onto Dasberry Cloud over the cellular network, so you skip the IT approvals entirely and connect from almost anywhere.
- SIM card included with up to 2 years of cellular data, ready to go out of the box.
- No IT approvals needed. Bypass locked-down company WiFi and firewall rules completely.
- Works where there is no WiFi at all, from remote sites to rooftops to pump stations.
- Same Dasberry Cloud experience, the same live dashboards, alerts, and logging.
What you get once you are connected
Real-time dashboards
Gauges, number displays, and live charts that update as data flows in.
Instant alerts
Email and text the moment a reading crosses a threshold you set.
Continuous logging
Every reading stored and ready to chart, export, or query.
Automated reports
Scheduled CSV exports delivered to your inbox daily, weekly, or monthly.
Full API access
On every plan, so your own software and AI tools can use the data directly.
Circular data
Generous storage that deletes the oldest data first, so logging never stops.
No extra subscription for the cloud
The DigiRail IoT gateway is one of our connected devices, so it includes a free perpetual Dasberry Cloud license. Free for life. Buy the gateway once and the cloud connection comes with it, with every feature on every plan and a genuinely generous free tier.
