The E211 is precision wall mount temperature and humidity display and transmitter designed for operation in high humidity environments. It has and easy to read backlit display indicating both temperature and relative humidity.  The E211 also has two 4-20mA outputs one which represents temperature and the other for relative humidity.

Heated Sensor Provides Operation in High Humidity and Condensing Environments
High humidity and condensing environments is a problem for most humidity sensors.  The high humidity environment can cause erroneous readings and even permanently damage the sensor.  However, the E211 is designed to operate in high humidity/condensing environments. The humidity probe is continuously heated which  avoids the effects of condensation and high humidity onto the sensing elements.  This prevents corrosion, high humidity drift or stray impedances. Thus, the probe heating leads to outstanding long term stability.  The E211 features a temperature probe mounted separately from the humidity probe which allows it to make an accurate temperature measurement independently of the heated humidity probe.


Protective Sensor Coating
The E211 proprietary sensor coating is a protective layer applied to the active surface of the sensing element. The coating substantially extends sensor lifetime and ensures optimal measurement performance in corrosive environment. Additionally, it improves the sensors’ long term stability in dusty, dirty or oily applications by preventing stray impedance caused by deposits on the active sensor surface.

4-20mA Output Switch Selectable to 0-5Vdc or 0-10Vdc
The E211 has two analog outputs, one for temperature and one for relative humidity.  The outputs are factory configured for three wire 4-20mA output but can be easily changed by the user to either 0-5Vdc or 0-10Vdc by internal dip switch settings.
