The temperature controller N1020 features advanced performance capability for the most complex and critical applications. Based on a high-end microprocessor and designed with a sophisticated auto-adaptive PID algorithm it continuously adjusts the PID parameters for best controlling performance.
The programmable input, configurable dual output along with the full range power supply provide maximum flexibility in application.
The N1020 can accept most process sensors and signals. It works with thermocouples (J, K, T, E, N, R, S and B), RTDs (PT100) and 50 mV.
The N1020 has four outputs. This includes two logical pulse terminals ( 5 Vdc / 25 mA) and two relay terminals (SPST-NA).
This 1/32 DIN size PID Controller has extremely small front dimensions of only 48x24 mm and is the right choice for controlling laboratory equipment when panel space is reduced.
The USB interface is used for configuring, monitoring and updating the controller firmware. We provide QuickTune software, which offers features to create, view, save and open settings from the device or files on your computer. You can transfer configurations between different controllers and make backup copies of the configuration.
For monitoring purposes, you can use any supervisory software (SCADA) or laboratory software that supports modbus RTU communication over a serial communication port.
Alarm with Four Timer Modes
The alarm comes equipped with four timer modes – normal operation, activation for a defined time, activation with delay, and intermittent activation.
The N1020 embeds a timer function (decreasing) for applications that require particular process duration.
