The RF140 is a wireless high temperature data logger designed for real-time temperature monitoring in harsh and high-temperature applications. It combines the proven performance of the HiTemp140 Series with Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, allowing users to collect precise, time-stamped temperature data without manual retrieval.
The RF140 monitors temperatures from -40°C to +140°C and uses a 100 Ω platinum RTD sensor for dependable accuracy. It provides ±0.1°C calibrated accuracy from 20°C to 140°C, making it well suited for critical process monitoring, validation, and regulated applications where reliable temperature records are required.
Wireless Real-Time Monitoring
The RF140 can transmit data to MadgeTech 4 Data Logger Software or the MadgeTech mobile app for remote monitoring from a compatible computer or mobile device. Bluetooth connectivity allows users to configure the logger, start and stop recording, download data, and view process conditions without needing to physically access the logger during operation.
Built for High Temperature and Wet Environments
With an IP68 submersible rating and durable 316 stainless steel and PPSU construction, the RF140 is built for demanding environments such as autoclave validation, food preparation and processing, pasteurization, environmental studies, well monitoring, and dishwasher testing. The user replaceable high-temperature battery helps reduce maintenance and downtime.
Flexible Data Logging and Alarm Features
The RF140 stores up to 65,586 readings and records date and time stamped data in °C, °F, K, or °R. Programmable start modes include immediate start or delayed start up to 18 months in advance, while stop modes include manual or timed stop. High and low alarm limits, trigger settings, wrap around memory, and reading rates from once per second to once every 24 hours provide flexibility for a wide range of monitoring applications.
Software and App Support
When used with MadgeTech 4 Software, the RF140 supports features such as multiple graph overlay, statistics, digital calibration, data annotation, export to Excel, summary views, min/max/average lines, lethality equations, and Mean Kinetic Temperature. The MadgeTech app also allows users to configure alarms, triggers, and start/stop settings from a mobile device.
