The VoltX Series is a family of multi-channel, battery powered DC voltage data loggers designed for monitoring voltage signals across 4, 8, 12 or 16 channels. With available input ranges of ±160 mV, ±3.2 V and -8 V to +32 V, the VoltX Series is well suited for low level signal monitoring, battery studies, power supply monitoring, process plants, environmental studies and research and development applications.

Each VoltX data logger supports a reading rate of up to 4 Hz and logs data from all channels simultaneously. The devices use non-volatile solid state memory for data security, even if the battery becomes discharged. Users can enable or disable individual channels to maximize memory capacity, and each channel can be assigned a custom name for easier identification in reports.

Flexible Voltage Monitoring
The VoltX Series is available in multiple channel counts and voltage ranges to match a wide variety of monitoring requirements. The ±160 mV models use differential wiring with three-position removable screw terminals, while the ±3.2 V and -8 V to +32 V models use single-ended wiring with two-position removable screw terminals. Programmable engineering units allow native voltage readings to be scaled for use with sensors that output voltage signals, such as temperature, CO2, flow rate and other measurement devices.

Simple Setup and Data Analysis
Using MadgeTech software, the VoltX Series can be started, stopped and downloaded quickly through a standard USB-A to Micro USB connection. Data can be viewed in graphical, tabular and statistical formats, with features such as multiple graph overlay, zoom, statistics, min/max/average lines and automatic export to Excel for additional analysis.

Long-Term Field Deployment
The VoltX Series is designed for minimal long-term maintenance, with an 18 month typical battery life and a user replaceable 9 V lithium battery. Start modes include immediate start, delayed start up to six months in advance, pushbutton manual start and real-time recording while connected to a PC. A universal power adapter and USB-A to Micro USB cable are included.
