The PR20 paperless chart recorder is a compact and portable solution for industrial data logging and process monitoring. With a bright 5.6-inch TFT touchscreen display, it provides clear real-time visualization of trends and measurements while eliminating the need for traditional paper recorders.
Universal Analog Input
The PR20 paperless chart recorder supports up to 24 universal analog input channels, making it a versatile industrial data logger for many applications. It accepts thermocouples, RTDs, voltage, and current signals, allowing one device to handle multiple types of measurements with accuracy and reliability.
On Site or Remote Data
The PR20 provides multiple options for accessing and storing data. Operators can view measurements directly on the touchscreen, save records to a USB drive or CompactFlash card, and review files on a PC using the included software. For remote monitoring, the recorder supports Ethernet networking with Modbus TCP/IP. These features make it easy to integrate the PR10 into existing systems while ensuring process data is always available both on site and at a remote location.
Free Software
The PR20 comes with PC software included at no additional cost. Configuration can be done directly on a computer and then transferred to the recorder for quick setup. The software also provides a historical viewer that displays past trends, alarms, and events, with options to search by time, tag, alarm, or remarks. Data can be exported in CSV format for further analysis or printed for recordkeeping.
Plug and Play IO Modules
The PR20 supports optional plug and play I/O modules that expand its functionality without complicated installation. Available modules include relay outputs for alarms and process control (PID + ramp and dwell), as well as digital inputs and outputs for added flexibility. Modules can be added or replaced easily, allowing the system to scale with application requirements while keeping installation simple.
